Winnie W. Lau, BCA AAST Class of 2013, is excited to be part of BCAAA again this year.

Winnie joined the BCA alumni organization (then known as BCAFF - Bergen County Academies Friends and Family) in 2017. After graduating from BCA, Winnie studied finance at NYU Stern’s School of Business and minored in social work at NYU Silver’s School of Social Work.

Through her experience working in investment banking at Barclays, Winnie developed a passion for building and analyzing cash flow positive companies. Winnie has since worked at a number of startups. She is currently the Chief of Staff and Head of Corporate Development at Novilla Pharmaceuticals, a clinical stage pharmaceutical company.

Winnie lives in NYC with her husband (who she met while she was at BCA at NJRSF - the local science fair!), Howard, and her two toy aussies, Ellie and Emma. Winnie thanks BCA for connecting her to some of the closest friends she has in her life as well as building her work ethic and diligence.
